I created a new , a government web application used by veterinarians to issue Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVIs) for interstate animal transport. As the sole designer and product owner, I led user research, workflow mapping, interface design, and compliance alignment with state, federal, and USAHA eCVI standards. I addressed major usability issues, including credential verification, nested health data input, and admin access among other things.

I redesigned a missionary donation app that converts “spare change” into recurring giving. The previous version lacked credibility and failed to gain traction. I led user research, product design, and branding, creating a secure, accessible experience tailored to sponsors’ habits and missionaries' privacy needs. The final product was launched as a white-label platform for churches.
